Glen Oaks apartments power outage caused by a faulty error

After speaking to ConEd and its Emergency Response Center, power was caused by a faulty service by one of the maintenance crew. ConEd confirmed its not a phased out stated by Robert Friedrich and phased out means partial electric must continue to be active without complete shut down. Boiler and electric are running on two separate electrical units and ConEd does not know why GOVO maintenance shut off the electric while boilers were being repaired. It was not a manhole fire either according to ConEd. When the boiler was not working, management called ConEd to arrive with its Emergency Response Center to resolve the problem quickly as possible. At this time, ConEd is still working in the area to check all unit's performance.
