Gang members indicted in deadly shooting of innocent 16 year old Queens DA

Four gang members were indicted on murder and conspiracy charges in connection with the deadly shooting of 16-year-old Claudia Quatey, Queens District Attorney Melinda Katz announced on Wednesday.

Messiah Randall, 19, Jomar Pointdujour, 19, Nicolson Pierrimas, 20, and Zaire Rolley, 21, are accused of shooting and killing Quatey, an innocent bystander, when they allegedly plotted to kill a member of a rival gang. Randall, Pierrimas and Rolley were arraigned on Wednesday with Pointdujour set to be arraigned at a later date.
