From part time to full time for outdoor dining in NYC

The NYC Council announced full time for outdoor dining and no longer seasonal which is from December to March.

At the same time under this new legislation which is expected to pass with majority, parking spots will be the first to be lost around the city where the setup will always remain. At one time, there were over 8,000 applications and under the former Mayor Adams, it was restricted in the winter season. From the City Council speaker this will save cost with maintenance alone rather than remove and re-install from the winter as before.

The legislature will be announced when it's all set to go before this March with year around for all restaurants, cafes and eateries.
