Four Jamaica residents busted for using fake checks to cash in Bethpage

Police arrested Suzette Lugo, 27, Hakim Bey, 28, Darien Wilson, 22 and Noel Billings, 27, all of Jamaica on Tuesday, July 25 around 5pm. They were charged with using forged checks to cash at the TD Bank located in 145 Stewart Avenue. Lugo's young daughter was also with them. Police were on patrol when they noticed a 2004 Toyota Corolla had child not in the safety seat. Further investigation revealed the incident and also found additional forged checks in the vehicle.
