Former local councilmember Mark Weprin fined for campaign violation

The NYC Campaign Finace Board fined former NYC Councilmember Mark Weprin almost $1,000 for multiple violations. Weprin was fined $471 for late documentation, more than the required donations from certain contributors that does business with NYC and other compliance. This is for the year 2013 during his campaign. Weprin did not receive any matching funds. Much to everyone's surprise Weprin left public life to focus on private sector while working for a law firm. pic from linkedin.
