Former Bellerose resident s grandparents home with a new look

The home on the corner of Elkmont Ave and Little Neck Parkway was demolished while back and now its a complete new home under new ownership. It was Joseph Stribula's grandparents home and also where Stribula, his siblings, friends and other family members grew up with lots of memories. The home is now a two family and almost readily available for the market. The current asking price is $950,000 and its negotiable. Asked why such a price and the real estate company that owns the property replied its the normal market value for a new home in the area.
