For sale sign is now for rent in NYC

NYC has a new mayor and a new Council speaker. One is hand picked by the wealthy and the other by the unions buying both off now using them by paying rent. The incoming speaker, Julie Menin has 36 votes including Republicans over a far left which is in the same alignment as the incoming Mayor.

Meanwhile, the incoming Mayor raised a cool $2 million from locals not from corporations that run on capitalism for the transition team. This is part of the loyal program where an individual donation max is $3,750 or couple at $7,500 tax deductible. The goal is $4 million and the fundraising continues. This is where people have to work for corporations or government to be part of the socialist agenda of “More for me, less for thee” or the best one, "Own nothing and be happy."

According to insiders, two goals will move forth in NYC.

The incoming Mayor doesn't have anyone in the new team from the public housing crusade but most are aligned with the Real Estate Board of NY and developer representation at the cost of public housing. For the incoming Council Speaker, selected unions will work with the real estate industry including hotels.

Anything that goes in real estate will always remain the most lucrative operation in NYC. Look at Donald Trump.
