Floral Park residents shocked on a block

The NYPD is on 265th Street and 83rd Avenue reporting a vehicle overturned with entrapment. A witness say the vehicle is now on the sideways on the sidewalk.

EMS, ESU and FDNY are working on the scene.

Residents are outside viewing the incident.
