Five people dead after crash in Suffolk County

Police reported five people dead after multiple vehicle accident in Ridge. It happened around 11:30am on Middle Country Road. between Smith Road and Wading River Road Police reported one vehicle was stolen and the perp died in the crash. Four others from another vehicle also died. Another vehicle, a fuel tanker was also involved and the driver suffered minor injuries. Ongoing investigation. Update - The suspect driver has been identified as Jamel Turner, of Bellport.
