First lawsuit filed against NYS and lost

A woman from Arizona while visiting NY was told to quarantine for 2 weeks sued the governor and NYS stating, the equivalent of house arrest. Arizona is restricted state and visitors must quarantine for 2 weeks after arriving in NY added by the governor. The lawsuit was rejected and upholds Cuomo's executive order by the judge.
