1st press conference of Biden and Harris

Biden and Harris held brief press conference and no questions were taken from the press. Both want to make face mask mandate nationwide whether its driving alone, sitting alone in the park or walking. Biden quotes, "Let's institute a mask mandate, nationwide, starting immediately?and we will save lives.. The estimates by the experts are it will save over 40,000 lives in the next 3 months.?
The event was held in Delaware, Biden's hometown.
This is the third day Biden gave press statement apart from his home.Team Biden is responding to all media questions and stated masks should be mandatory at all times when outside.
This is the message from city of NY, "Wear a face covering and never hear someone tell you to smile again."
