First checkpoint in NYC announced

The NYC Deputy Sheriffs will conduct quarantine checkpoint and vehicle stops on I-278 eastbound, Staten Island Expressway today from 6:30pm to 9:30pm as the first operation. Also, NYPD issued memo asking civilian members to volunteer while off duty to help with COVID-19 tracing, collect forms from visitors to NYC and order them to quarantine. Good luck with that!
