Cuomo declares NY counties state of emergency

NYS Governor announced state of emergency for the following counties, Both Nassau and Suffolk, Queens, Bronx, Kings, Manhattan, Richmond, Rockland, Dutchess, Putnam and Westchester counties. This is due to aftermath of Isaias storm. More than 675,000 are without power and expect tor restore by Saturday. Trees are continue to clean up in those affected areas.
