Fire at the local commercial outlet in NHP

Firefighters are reporting fire at a local commercial outlet in New Hyde Park. This is on Herricks Road at the location, 401.

The fire marshal says the fire is behind the deli which is a warehouse.

The deli is not affected.

EMS is checking for injuries.

This is between Hillside Avenue and Wilson Blvd.

Delays on Herricks Road due to emergency personnel vehicles.

Firefighters are working on the scene.
