Fatal vehicle accident on GCP with one dead

Grand Central Parkway eastbound at Francis Lewis Blvd, all lanes closed due to fatal vehicular accident with serious injuries. Police reported one is in critical condition and one dead inside the vehicle. EMS, FDNY and NYPD are on the scene. The dead victim has been identified as Jose Santos, 22 of Uniondale. The vehicle was a 1996 Honda Civic. Police reported Santos lost control while speeding and hit a tree. Reported 4:30am.
