All lanes closed on GCP by Little Neck Parkway

Grand Central Parkway eastbound at Little Neck Parkway, all lanes closed due to multiple vehicle accident with injuries. EMS is on the scene. FDNY and NYPD are also on the scene. Reported 12:30am.
