Fatal train accident on Queens Blvd

Police reports a male struck by train and died. This is on the Queens Blvd at Woodhaven Blvd vicinity station. It happened around 3:30am involving M and R lines. Power is estimated to restore around early afternoon. Ongoing investigation.
