Electric car company to revise to a new agenda for competition

The company, Revel, that provides electric vehicles and scooters will eliminate around 750 workers in NYC. The date is September 12, 2024. So much for the climate agenda.

In a message to the Dept of Labor, the announcement was disclosed.

The company is moving to the same line as Uber by hiring contractors on a freelance basis with the current workers who are mainly drivers. Then in 2025, the company will allow all others to be freelancers giving Uber and Lyft a competition.

More companies are giving the flexible option for New Yorkers to give a competitive edge to see who will have the market share.
