Eight Charged with criminal trespass in somers

On June 15, 2026, at approximately 8:20 p.m., New York State Police in Somers were dispatched to the former IBM facility in the Town of Somers for a report of trespassers.

Upon arrival, members located eight individuals on the property and took them into custody. The individuals were charged with Criminal Trespass in the Third Degree, a class B misdemeanor.

The following individuals were charged:

Jacob Fernando Enrique, 20, of Ossining, New York

Brandon S. Alevalo, 19, of Ossining, New York

Brittany G. Guallpa, 19, of Ossining, New York

Brian Morales, 19, of Ossining, New York

18-year-old male of Ossining, New York

18-year-old male of Verplanck, New York

18-year-old male of Montrose, New York

18-year-old female of Ossining, New York

All eight individuals were transported to SP Somers for processing, where they were issued appearance tickets and are scheduled to appear in the Town of Somers Court on July 6, 2026, at 5:30 p.m.

Since February 2026, 42 individuals have been arrested for trespassing on IBM property in the Town of Somers.
