Early morning train delays in Corona

The NYPD reported this morning around 2am, 7 lines were delayed due to a male struck by train. Police say the male jumped in front of the oncoming train but survived after witnesses came forward.

EMS transported the victim to a local hospital now in stable condition. This is by the 103rd Street Corona Plaza on the Manhattan bound platform.

This is the latest incident on the 7 line after another was struck by a train and died while another landed in the hospital from alleged surfing. Also this morning, a teen survived from surfing in Brooklyn with minor injuries.

Despite the NYC Mayor filing lawsuits against social media companies to remove surfing content, the case is ongoing and will take years.
