EDP in custody after barricaded at the NHP hospital

Police were called to the local hospital in New Hyde Park reporting a male barricaded inside the hospital hall armed with a knife. This is on 76th Avenue and 270th Street. The incident was reported around 12pm when the EDP was brought to the hospital from another location.

Police has the male in custody.
