Drive by shooting in Springfield Gardens

Police are investigating a drive by shooting in Springfield Gardens. The incident was reported on Tuesday around 6:30pm on Farmers Blvd near 144th Street. The 18 year old male victim was walking when a vehicle approached with the suspect firing multiple shots.

Police are reviewing the surveillance vidoes in the vicinity.

EMS transported the victim to a local hospital now in stable condition.

So far no arrests.
