Domestic disturbance leads to shooting on Long Island

The SCPD reported a domestic disturbance at a home on Long Island which resulted in a shooting with one dead.

The incident was reported last night around midnight at a home on Brasswood Road in St James, Suffolk County. Further investigation confirmed a male is in custody after allegedly shooting his ex-wife and her boyfriend.

The medical examiner transported the body pending autopsy.

Police arrested the ex-husband and charges are pending.

The investigation continues.
