Dispute turned into gunshot in Jackson Heights with one dead

Police are reporting one person shot in the chest during dispute with another male inside the store, 81-06 Roosevelt Avenue in Jackson Heights. So far no arrests and the investigation is ongoing. The perp took off on foot toward north 81st Avenue. Now reporting it was inside the bodega, 5 De Mayo Food Market where argument erupted. The suspect is male, Hispanic wearing blue jeans and blue sweater. EMS reported the victim,31 year old died at Elmhurst Hospital.
