Dimwit NYC mayor found out he is not liked either just like the governor

NYC mayor whose IQ is getting less and less lately as his term is coming to end in December finally admits his promotion of opening the city fully on July 1 will be approved if the governor says so. During his press brief earlier today, he announced with the unconfirmed backing of the state legislature instead of the governor. Then the governor held a press statement and said it was not possible in NYC unless something else changes for an early date. The mayor thought after the governor's pandemic executive orders were overruled by state legislature may help him but proved wrong otherwise as they too can't stand the mayor.
