Delays on Triboro Bridge

Manhattan side of RFK Triboro Bridge, police are working to bring down a jumper hanging to the pole. Delays in both directions. Update - Someone called 911 reporting a male was jumping on the pole and police talked to him. Now reporting the man is in custody pending medical observation.
