Delays on Manhattan Bridge due to dead floater

Police are on Manhattan Bridge reporting a dead body was seen floating on the East River. NYPD ESU and divers are working on the scene to recover the body. Delays on the bridge in both directions.
Update - The female's dead body is transported to the medical examiner's office for autopsy.
Also in the Bronx, two men died after ski collision in the water around 9pm. This is near City Island while jet skiing, they were thrown off with injuries in the water.
Update - Police reported both collided after crashing toward each other.
