Delays on 7 train in Flushing due to one dead

Police are at the Willets Point Blvd in Flushing reporting a train struck a commuter and died.

This is on the 7 line in Flushing.

The ESU is working to remove the body of a male.

From witnesses there was a commotion after seeing a male walking on the track and lay down. Police confirmed this was a suicide.

The medical examiner is standing by to transport the body pending autopsy.

Delays on 7 lines in both directions.

Ongoing investigation.
