Dead body of a female found in Queens border

Police reported of a dead body of a female found inside the trunk of a vehicle. This is on Nassau Expressway by Exit 1 in Inwood. Calls came in for a vehicle at unknown location in Queens of several male suspects loading something in a car and blood was on the ground. Then a federal task force followed the vehicle after tracking from the location. The suspects pulled the vehicle over and foul odor was coming from it. Inside a dead body of a female stabbed with wound and blood. Four suspects taken into custody. Further reports stated this was an ongoing investigation involving MS-13 gangs.
