Dead body found in Long Island

Police have closed off Winding Path in Manorville, Suffolk County reporting a dead body of a female was found. The body was discovered by a jogger and alerted the police. The medical examiner transported the body for autopsy. Ongoing investigation. Homicide detectives are on the scene. The body was discovered today morning and police are requesting anyone with any information to call 800-220-TIPS.
