De escalation training for protesters

NYPD reported there will be more protests in Brooklyn and Manhattan due to election day in 20 days. Also, the NYPD is ramping up efforts for announced locations for patrol as its moving away from gun violence. Tonight, there will be de-escalation training while protesting in NYC. It will be held at 7pm in McCarren Park in Brooklyn and it's open to the public. At the same time, today is the birthday of the beloved George Floyd who would have been 47. Traffic will be heavy by Barclays Center. Tomorrow, there will be protest outside the NY public library by JLM at 4:30pm. They are against the mayor and governor. All events are open to public. Drivers are advised to use caution.
