Cuomo orders non essential businesses to close in part of BQ and QN

Today during press brief, Governor Cuomo says non-essential businesses from outdoor dining to indoor dining in top 9 spots in Brooklyn and Queens will be closed.

The shut down can start tomorrow but no later than Friday.

Instead of zip codes, neighborhood will be divided into three colors listed with its own set of rules. The map will affect the entire state with COVID clusters.

The question remains are which zip codes the colors are and what if it change the ratio on daily or regular basis.
