Cuomo is yes while di Blasio and Queens says no

Governor Cuomo is considering tolls for Queensboro Bridge to relieve the congestion. The announcement from the Governor's office is soon to be made to the public, possibly at the state address in January. Mayor di Blasio is opposed to the plan and prefer to tax the wealthy to raise additional budget including MTA plans. On the other side of Queens, Melinda Katz and local politicians are against the toll plan. At the moment, the priority is to raise capital for subway system to maintain proper operation. MoveNY, operated by Sam Schwartz proposed cut toll fares on Throgs Neck and Whitestone bridges by half and add to Queensboro Bridge each way crossing toll at $5.54 or $8 without E-Z Pass. The money from Queensboro bridge toll can raise to cover subway maintenance according to insiders. As of now, its wait for Cuomo's proposal.
