Criminal trespass is added to the residence list

Over the weekend, northeast Queens reported criminal trespass where losers are walking into someone's homes or private premise without permission.

Bellerose reported the highest in Queens followed by Glen Oaks where residents have called 911 constantly and police rarely show up. According to the Mayor's Office, criminal trespass is rarely enforced unless it's breaking and entry followed by personal injuries often from robberies in a private premise.

It's a misdemeanor charge with a 50:50 chance of issuing a desk appearance summons and never enforced since intruders are not visible when cops show up dismissing the claims.

READ THIS. If the criminal trespass is recorded from surveillance videos, cops will investigate if the matching suspects have a criminal history.
