Crime was in the unusual rampage around Queens

The NYPD reported new robberies which continue to increase around Queens. The first one tops the list is moped thefts, chain snatching, grand larcenies, transit crimes from assault to robberies and the last one which is never ending is sex crimes involving female victims. Those occurrences are more than the usual crimes from robberies, assaults to weapon possession.

The NYPD marked those crime lists and soon a new category may be underway to increase funding to combat such crimes.

As for robberies, the 109th Precinct in Queens reported the most incidents within the vicinity of Flushing and Corona mainly on Roosevelt Avenue where victims reported suspects on mopeds seen from the surveillance pictures released to the public.

Transit crimes continue to spike over street crimes despite the MTA says crime is down.

New York City tops the list for crimes on public transportation, with its subway system logging over 1,100 violent incidents in recent years. With the incoming Mayor, the NYPD Transit Bureau which oversees crimes and disturbances will know the status of additional funding.

Moreover, the overall status of NYPD whether to keep the same Commissioner or not.
