Creedmoor patient escaped and missing

Police are searching for Moses Manzano, 22, 5'3", 180lbs, Hispanic male missing from Creedmoor Pshychiatric Center in Queens Village.

NYS Mental Health officials are also searching around Glen Oaks, Bellerose and its vicinity.

If seen, call 911. Do not approach him as he is dangerous and suffering from medical condition.

He was last seen on Commonwealth Blvd and Union Turnpike wearing a beige jacket, navy pants and hat around 11am.
