Cops are searching for assault suspect in Astoria

Police are searching for assault suspect of a victim that occurred on Thursday, January 4 inside N train in the Astoria route. Police reported two people were arguing around 11pm and one man punched the other. Then the victim was struck by an object in the head. The victim, a 59 year old male was taken to hospital with injuries. Police disclose details to the public of wanted suspect as male, late 20's, 5'7" and about 210lbs. Ongoing investigation.
