Cops are looking for suspect wanted for robbing cabbies

The latest incident took place over the weekend of October 7 when a suspect entered a livery cab at the intersection of Sanford Avenue and Main Street. From there, the suspect told the 41 year old male cab driver to head to Chinatown and back to 39th Avenue and 135th Place. Upon return to Flushing, the suspect asked the cabbie to bring items from inside. The cabbie agreed and once returned to the cab, the suspect took off with $700 and credit cards from the driver's seat. Further investigation shows police by describing the suspect as male, Asian, around late 20. Ongoing investigation.
