A Cuomo spokesman said a ZIP code including parts of Lawrence and Inwood in Nassau has recorded a 7% positivity rate over the past seven days, while the statewide figure has hovered around 1% most days. Cuomo will announce his decision whether to add both into the color for schools to close, shut down non-essential businesses and etc. More locations in Long Island have spikes and details will follow soon.
