Biden says no debate to Trump if he is still infected with COVID

The second presidential debate is October 15 at 9pm. Joe Biden now says he is not participating if President Trump is still positive from COVID.

This is Biden's statement,

"We shouldn't have a debate if President Trump remains infected with COVID-19. Too many people have been infected. It?s a very serious problem, so I will be guided by the guidelines,?
