City of Yes is here to stay in NYC

This week, a lawsuit filed by NYC locals against City of Yes has gone from court after a judge ruled in favor of the Mayor's standing.

The case brought forth by longtime residents including Queens mostly from the northeast section argued that City of Yes did not follow the environmental requirements and impacts around the zones in NYC.

Those in favor of more housing praised the outcome while the same group is now deciding what to do next whether to appeal or take the case to the next level.

Meanwhile, for Queens, the next Babylon towers aimed for Flushing, Corona, Elmhurst, Jackson Heights vicinity and not east bound to Bayside as the new casino is all set according to the Governor's office when that will be announced next month officially.
