Chase on NSP eastbound

Police have closed off Northern State Parkway eastbound at Exit 30, I U Willets Road reporting chase leads to vehicle stop resulting crash. Drivers are advised to use alternate traffic. NYPD are also on the scene.
Earlier, police closed off LIE in both directions at the ramp by Exit 42 after motorists called 911 of a group waving guns on the parkway.
