Charlotte Russe filed for bankruptcy and closing 100 stores

After Mattress Firm, Clair's and Gymboree, Charles Russe became the latest brand to file for bankruptcy and closing 100 stores nationwide.

There are 500 stores nationwide and sales have been slow due to online competition. There are 10 stores in both NYC and Long Island.

A list of stores that's slated for closing will be announcing soon.
