Car crash resulted with one dead in Long Island

Police reported car crash on Ocean Parkway in Gilgo Beach, Suffolk County. It happened around 2am. One of the vehicle overturned and the driver died at the scene. He has been identified as Joshua Phillips, 22 of Merrick, Nassau County driving a Mustang. The investigation continues.
