Burglary investigations in Nassau County

Over the weekend, the NCPD reported of 8 males, Hispanic wearing masks and hooded sweatshirts broke into the former Sears location in Hicksville. This is on Broadway across the mall.

The location was empty and the perps didn't take anything.

On Friday, June 9, around 1am, burglary reported at East Garden City. Police reported unknown subject(s) did enter International Buffet located on Stewart Avenue by prying open the front doors. Once inside, the subjects removed an undisclosed amount of US currency. The investigation is ongoing.
