Burglary investigations continue to increase in Bayside

The NYPD reported multiple burglaries in Bayside which continue to increase since September. The latest incident was reported in the vicinity of 206th Street near 56th Avenue on Saturday morning. Police stated the suspects using construction vehicles with uniforms target homes by breaking the rear windows and then removing items from cash to jewelry. Little Neck also reported the same incidents.

Local neighbors reported unusual activities of construction vehicles with men in uniforms and the local precincts say to call 911 if any crime takes place.

Also police didn’t disclose if this is related to the burglary involving $3 million in Jamaica with suspects wearing fake construction uniforms.

Police didn't disclose if the burglaries were targeted and there were no occupants inside the homes during the incidents.

The investigation continues.
