Bullet and knife investigation in Queens

Last night around midnight, police reported a male shot in Long Island City. This is by Borden Avenue near Hunter's Point South Park. From a witness statement, this was a drive by shooting. Police described the suspect as male, black, last seen in a Nissan Altima heading toward the westbound LIE.

The same night around 9pm, a large fight broke out on Roosevelt Avenue. This is by 61st Street in Woodside.

One was stabbed during the incident.

All took off toward the 7 line train in an unknown direction.

EMS transported all involved to local hospitals.

So far no arrests to both incidents.
