Brian Moore verdict to be announced tomorrow in Kew Gardens

The jury has been instructed to the verdict for the death of NYPD officer Brian Moore on Wednesday, November 8 at 5pm. The prosecutor and defense attorney of Demetrius Blackwell, the suspect were given also today late afternoon. Moore was shot dead on May 2, 2015 and shortly after man hunt, Demetrius Blackwell was arrested in Queens Village. Moore was working at the 105th Precinct. Blackwell is facing life in prison without the possibility of parole after charged with first degree murder of Moore and second degree attempted murder of Eric Jansen who was Moore's partner during the incident. More than 100 police officers are expected to be in the criminal court at Kew Garden on Thursday for the verdict.
