Blood at 2023 burglary scene leads Westport police to Queens man

A man from Queens, NY was arrested for a burglary that happened at a home in Westport in Jan. 2023.

Diego Hernandez-Corba, 30, was charged with third-degree burglary, conspiracy to commit third-degree burglary, second-degree criminal mischief, conspiracy to commit second-degree criminal mischief, first-degree larceny, and conspiracy to commit first-degree larceny.

The burglary happened on Jan. 8, 2023 just after midnight.
