Bike pumps launched in NYC

The NYC Dept of Transportation announced free bike pumps for all. Today, two locations have free bike pumps, one under Manhattan Bridge in the Brooklyn side before heading to city and another at the Lower East Side before heading to Williamsburgh Bridge.
